La famille annonce avec tristesse le décès de Florence Mary Pinet (née Dorey), la plus jeune fille d'Alfred et Virginia Dorey, survenu le mercredi 17 décembre 2025, à l'âge de 93 ans. Précédée dans la mort par son mari pendant 51 ans, Yves Edgar Pinet. Elle a été précédée également par ses frères : Francis (Barbara), Ernest (Vereen), Henry (Margaret) et Elias (Effie) Dorey et ses sœurs Rose (Gus) Fougere et Irene (James) Earle, ainsi que par son arrière-petite-fille Audrey Pinet. Elle était la mère bien-aimée de Mike (Vicky), Mark (Lynda) et Paul (Ginette) Pinet; grand-mère de Shawn (Angelle), Ryan (Leanna), Tim (Christine), Andy (Trish), David (Joelle), Kevin (Maude) et Éric (Karine) et arrière-grand-mère de 18 arrière-petits-enfants. La famille souhaite remercier le personnel des Hazeldean Gardens et de l'hôpital Queensway Carleton pour leurs soins exceptionnels et leur compassion. La famille et les amis peuvent rendre hommage au salon funéraire Kelly-Kanata, 580 Eagleson Road, Kanata, Ont. K2M 1H4, le dimanche 28 décembre 2025 de 14 h à 16 h et de 19 h à 21 h. La messe funéraire aura lieu à l'église St-Patrick-Fallowfield, 15 Steeple Hill Crescent, Nepean, le lundi 29 décembre 2025, à 11 h. L'inhumation aura lieu au printemps 2026 au cimetière St-Patrick, Fallowfield.
