À l’Hôpital général du Lakeshore à Pointe-Claire, le 5 septembre 2023, à l’âge de 83 ans, est décédé M. Percy Côté fils de feu Joseph Côté et feu Frida Cloutier, époux dévoué de 54 années de feu Johan Cahill. Il laisse dans le deuil ses trois filles : Lisa (Steve), Julie (Erik), Sharon (Cristian); ses petits-enfants : Brandon, Evan, Sarah, Ashley et Amber. Il était aussi le frère de feu Victor et feu Clarence. Il laisse également de nombreux neveux, nièces, autres parents et amis qui se souviendront très affectueusement de lui. Percy était retraité d’Artopex à Granby. La famille désire remercier de tout cœur les membres de la famille Rainville de Roxton Pond, des voisins indispensables pour leur soutien continuel de notre père au cours des dernières années. Un gros merci à notre « quatrième » sœur Nancy et son mari Mario, un couple plein de générosité envers le bien être de notre chère père. Et enfin, un sincère merci à Patrick le coordonnateur des activités de sa résidence Château Dollard. Patrick est devenu comme un fils pour notre père et a rendu la dernière année de papa significative et amusante. Nous serons éternellement reconnaissants à Patrick pour ses soins sincères envers papa. L’Aquamation a été confiée au Complexe funéraire Le Sieur à Granby et une cérémonie a eu lieu dans la plus stricte intimité. With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Mr Percy Côté at the Lakeshore General Hospital in Pointe Claire, on September 5, 2023, at the age of 83. Son of the late Joseph Côté and late Frida Cloutier of Roxton Pond, and devoted husband of 54 years to the late Johan Cahill. Beloved father and father-in-law to Lisa and Steve, Julie and Erik and Sharon and Cristian. Treasured grandfather to Brandon, Evan, Sarah, Ashley and Amber. He is the brother to the late Victor and the late Clarence. He will be fondly remembered by his many sister and brother in-laws’ and a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was a retiree of Artopex in Granby. The family would like to sincerely thank the extended Rainville family of Roxton Pond for their unwavering neighborly support, it meant so much to all of us during the last few years. And a big thank you to our « fourth » sister Nancy and her husband Mario for their ever-present commitment to the well being of our dear dad. And lastly, a heartfelt thank you to Patrick the activity coordinator from his residence Chateau Dollard. Patrick became like a son to our father and made dad’s last year meaningful and fun. We will be forever grateful to Patrick for his sincere care for dad. The Aquamation took place at Le Sieur Complexe funéraire in Granby and there was an intimate family gathering to commemorate his life.
